I'm Luke
The values I lived by before I was thirty were all issued to me. Parents. Church. Cadets. The Army. Then a suit.
I never chose them. I just carried them.
What I've built since is what I wish someone had handed me back then. My own compass for life's maze.
Good Better Best Men. The Bali Sojourn. Your Core Values.

THE RESULTS
When you know yourself, the patterns change.
You stop escalating.
You start pacing the hard conversation, giving others room to take it in.
You stop fixing and rescuing.
You start holding space, allowing others
to sit in what is theirs.
You stop hijacking the conversation.
You start listening, taking it in before you speak.
You stop managing people.
You start leading them.
It doesn't stay in one room.
It moves from the boardroom, the kitchen table, the bedroom.
That is the transformation.
Not a better mood.
A different default.
THE TOOLS

THE COMMUNITY
The tools point the way. The practice is where it's sharpened.
Awareness creates opportunity. Relationship creates change.
Circles. Weekends. Gatherings. The places where men show up as they are, step into the discovery, and leave knowing themselves better. The places where men are seen and see, where men are heard and hear.
Alone, change happens. In the practice with other men, it's multiplied.

Luke Di Sessa
State Dux of Airforce Cadets Sergeants Course. Parachute training. Team Leader in a corporate call centre at twenty-two. All the while partying hard, life falling apart, and about to again.
By my early thirties, sugar cane, pearl farming, boat repairs in Holland, a chalet in the Italian Alps, wineries, warehouses, logistics. A lot of ground covered.
I didn't know where I was going. Just that I was searching, watching, learning. Having a bloody great adventure.
Eight years leading circles and retreats. Over 500 men and counting. What's on these cards isn't theory. It's what I experience holding up, again and again.
